We are so thankful for the support we receive each year. Your generous donations help us build on our existing infrastructure of diversity, equity and inclusion in the sport of sailing. We recognize that part of our role as a community sailing organization is to lift up all voices in the sport and provide a welcome and inclusive environment for all.
Your support helps us as we build on our existing infrastructure of adaptive program resources through Youth Sailing as a Siebel Sailors Support Center and our work with Miami-Dade County providing veterans with sailing opportunities through their VICTOR Adaptive Sports Program.

The platform of sailing can accommodate people with different abilities, and boats can easily be adjusted to fit individual needs. We use adaptations to minimize the impact of the sailor’s disability and maximize their abilities on the water. We incorporate adaptive sailing into our programs, offering therapeutic sailing for PTSD sufferers and access for physically challenged sailors and people with learning disabilities just to name a few!

Team Paradise is bettered by every new person that joins one of our sailing programs. Breaking down barriers to participation is instrumental to the growth and health of sailing in our community.
